Spanish recipes

Cuisine is one of the main touristic attractions of Spain. It is based on the use of high quality ingredients like olive oil, fruits, vegetables, pulses and wines. This is the real Mediterranean diet, which has been recently added as an intangible cultural heritage of mankind. Each region has its own specialties: paella from Valencia, bean stew from Asturias, codfish from Basque country, gazpacho from Andalucía, etc. that is why Spain has an incredible number of typical dishes.
